Our first Empanada Folding Class was all about mastering the art of the repulgue, sharing a few laughs, and seeing who could create the most creative fold.

Most of you know Katia - our bartender, server, and a big part of our El V family. He has welcomed our guests with a smile and provided service with grace.

Now it is our turn. Katia was diagnosed with cancer and has a battle ahead of her. We are all working to help her win this battle!
