Community Update

We want to share a brief update and keep our community in the loop.

Tuesday, the court granted a temporary injunction related to the use of the name Scandals. This decision does not resolve the case and is not a final ruling. Our legal counsel strongly disagrees with the decision and has advised us that the injunction was granted incorrectly under the law. We are actively preparing an appeal.

While this is being challenged, we are following legal guidance and will be using our legal business name, House Gen X, for our public-facing platforms and upcoming promotions.

What this does not change:
• Our events are still happening
• Our programming, performers, and community commitments continue
• Our work and vision remain the same

This moment is frustrating, but it is not the end. We appreciate the continued support, encouragement, and patience from this community as we move through the legal process the right way.
