"I'm not a dancer."
Perfect.
Ecstatic dance is not about being a good dancer.
Ecstatic dance is a nonjudgmental, consent based, sober space, that allows you to get lost in the music, and notice what it FEELS like to move in your body, instead of worrying about what it LOOKS like to others. ♥️

Some people show up and do yoga, meditate, shake, sway, frolic and skip like children, roll on the floor like a potato, and much more.🥔
You can show up as your genuine self, no expectations, and give yourself permission, to fully engage in the process of exploring flow in your body, and in your mind.
