🌈Mental Health Therapy, and Life Coaching in Nature 🌳
Not only am I the founder and facilitator for Detroit and A2 ecstatic dance, I am a licensed mental health therapist. 
Healing doesn't have to happen behind closed doors. Sometimes, the best breakthroughs happen where the wild things grow. Let’s take your healing journey outside.
June 1 through Nov 1st I will be offering Therapy sessions in nature, in various parks and outdoor locations. The main areas I will be offering Therapy will be in Dearborn, SW Detroit, Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, and the nearby surrounding areas. I offer Life Coaching, Somatic Therapy, Walk and talk therapy, and sitting therapy for ages 18 - 101.
Clients can choose, or I can choose, the location.
Nature areas can be in peoples backyards, local parks, nature preserves, hiking trails, etc.
If there is inclement weather, we can do telehealth, find a park shelter, or reserve a private library room nearby.
I am an LMSW, licensed by the state of Michigan. I have been in my private practice for close to 20 years.
I am a general practitioner, however, I also specialize with LGBTQ+ folx, and those who practice relationship styles such as polyamory, ENM, relationship anarchy, monogamy, etc.
I also specialize in CPTSD, anxiety, depression, and many other diagnoses.
My rates are $75-$120, sliding scale, based on income documentation, pr 50 min session. Although I am an in network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, I am currently only taking private pay clients.
I accept cash, PayPal or Venmo at the end of each session.
I have created room in my caseload to take 10 clients who are willing to meet weekly, June 1 - Nov 1, and 5 clients who are willing to meet bi-weekly.
