Thank you π©Ά
Over the past year, we created a little community at Fuel & Spirits - from residents, friends, fans, and more.
Everything is a learning experience in life and we were fortunate to have an outstanding team of bartenders over that time (Frankie, Virginia, Mykayla, Ethan, Keshawn, Maddie, sometimes Joe, sometimes Jermaine) who made F&S feel like home.
We had unique drinks for unique people - with our signature MO'Tini, which we will always say is the freshest (perhaps the best) espresso martini you'll ever find, along with concotions such as as Antifreeze, The Barrel, Erizo Azul, the Dirt Track, and many more. And if you had the Winter Snowflake, be fortunate you survived.
Birthdays, holidays, and celebrations took place in our space. Football to wrestling. Presidential debates. Fundraisers. Political announcements. Parties. We became a venue for everyone and anyone.
Last night, we celebrated one last time at Slip 12 and so thankful and grateful for everyone who popped by for one last hurrah. We are thankful to Redburn Development for working with us to create this vision. Thankful to you, our guests, who made this place come alive and gave us tips on how to be better and tweaking different drinks.
To the bar staff: thank you, thank you, thank you. We couldn't do this without you all. Were we a pain in the ass from time to time? You betcha. But without you all, this thing wouldn't be a thing. Forever in your debt - literally.
This is not good bye, but so long for now. We plan to continue to do events (you'll be able to catch us at Playland next door throughout the summer and at other experiences to be announced down the road) - and yes, we will look to have another space at some point in the future.
But for now, cheers, slainte, cin cin, and it was a jolly good time.
