Hi Bob,

I just wanted to say a few things about the POS system and Patrick. I've been through two new register installs. Both were stressful and I saw tears and people having meltdowns etc. I had a meeting the Monday night before our install and tried to prepare folks about what it was going to be like.

Then it never happened. I never imagined it going so smoothly. I've always worked with one system and one person and was very apprehensive about going with someone else and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made.

The registers are very user friendly. They're easy to learn and program. They were able to to pretty much all of what I needed.

Patrick was knowledgeable about the program, he was patient and he never once said "we can't do that". I asked for something at one point and he said "I don't think it can do that.....but I just thought of something I can try. I don't know if it will work, but let me try. No promises. (one to two mins passes) It worked"

Having someone with his patience, his attitude and heart to make it be the system personalized for us was the biggest surprise of the experience. I would hope that if I ever have to go through anything like this ever again, that he's still around.
