What a neat opportunity!!! Great couple walking for a great cause! Will be continuing to follow their journey!

It was the AmericInn by Wyndham Aberdeen Event Center that took up the torch to host us last night, and management went above and beyond to give us the best stay possible! Once we got in touch over the phone, Anna, the manager pictured on the left next to her AGM, offered multiple kinds of rooms to pick from, ensuring us that we were welcome to anything we like—we went with the hot tub and fireplace, and spent the better part of the night soaking our sore muscles. On top of all that, she said that they would like to feed us, and told us to grab whatever we wanted at their pub downstairs. We even got to experience something new! They serve a German inspired “Garbage Pizza” from Jimmy's Pizza of Aberdeen with sauerkraut, meats, and green olives! We weren’t sure how it would turn out, but the flavors worked really well together! In the morning, multiple members of the staff expressed their support for the walk and thanked us for the work we are doing. Not only was it a treat having such a lovely stay, it was a treat getting to meet all of you, the bartender, our breakfast server, the night clerk who helped us figure out the TV 😂, the gentleman we spoke with when we arrived, Anna and her AGM, and several others. Thanks everyone 😊

Just want to set the record straight... the AmericInn has not contracted with anyone as far as food goes... you are still able to bring your own food and beverage other than alcohol..that does need to be purchased through the bar!

We just wanna clear up the air with some rumors that have been circulating around town...
The AmericInn by Wyndham Aberdeen Event Center has NOT been sold nor does the owner have interest in selling at this time..
Therefore.. the rules for the Event Center remain the same.. you are able to bring any food and beverage in OTHER THAN ALCOHOL- due to our liquor license and having a full bar on site.. there is NO outside alcohol allowed...

Please, if you have questions reach out! We would be happy to answer any that may arise and would be happy to host your event!
