虱目魚|南洋風味芥蘭|炸米紙|藏紅花白醬
台灣特有食材虱目魚,經脫水處理後裹上乾燥海苔、孜然,透過低溫慢煮保存了虱目魚肉質的軟嫩、嚼勁。以南洋風味炒香的芥蘭,突出了香茅、紅蔥頭、魚露的風味。最後配上藏紅花白醬,淡淡麝香味道濃郁清新。
