Position: Nightclub Manager
Location: Vibe Nightclub, Bang Tao, Phuket
Salary: THB 20,000/month + 10% commission on profit
About Us:
Vibe Nightclub is the newest hotspot in Bang Tao, known for its energetic atmosphere, top-tier DJs, and unforgettable nights. We’re in a prime location and have a dedicated team, but we need a capable manager to oversee operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and staff management
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere
• Coordinate events and promotions
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Collaborate with DJs and entertainment staff to create memorable experiences
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in nightlife or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for creating exceptional nightlife experiences
