The People’s Final . 🏆🌍🗽

What a way to close out our World Cup series! We brought our community out to Gov island to play, to watch, and to be together for the last match of the tournament. ⚽️

Seeing so many beautiful faces on that field. Watching people who had never met before pick teams and play together. Kids running around. Flags everywhere. And then sitting down together to watch the World Cup Finals with the Manhattan skyline behind us. That’s a day we won’t forget!

Thank you to for the trust and partnership, for putting together such an incredible World Cup Finals experience and inviting us to be part of it. Thank you to the / for the support. It meant everything to lead our community out there and share that day together.

From our first watch party in June to open play on the Parade Ground in July. What a summer it’s been. But the summer experience doesn’t end here.. 👀🖤

Happy World Cup Finals day! 🌍🏆

Sharing some of the faces and moments from across our Diaspora World Cup Activation Series. What a ride this has been. Our community traveled across the city,, and every room brought something different but the energy was always the same. Pure joy. It’s literally been a ball.

New York showed us so much love this summer. Every person who pulled up, brought their flag, wore their jersey, screamed at the screen, stayed for the afters, tagged a friend, told someone about us. You made this what it was.

And we’re not done yet. Tonight we celebrate all of it. A Celebration of the Diaspora. Right back where it all started.

We’re kicking off our summer with a series of activations across the tournament with partners and communities who understand that the best way to experience the World Cup is with your people. The food, the music, the flags, the fits, and everything in between.

Watch parties. Play days. Real community programming. starting in June through July.🏆
