Reštaurácia Vinum Galeria Bozen v Pezinku, ľudovo nazývaná aj „U Matyšáka“, sa nachádza v historickom centre tohto vinárskeho mestečka. Reštaurácia s bohatou tradíciou, ktorá bola pôvodne vinohradníckym domom, získala po komplexnej rekonštrukcii moderný charakter a zároveň si zanechala historickú atmosféru, ktorú podčiarkujú aj obrazy starého Pezinka. The restaurant with its rich tradition, originally having been a vinery house, has become more modern-looking after having had a comprehensive renovation, and it has also preserved its historic atmosphere, which is highlighted by pictures of old Pezinok. The restaurant serves mainly Slovakian cuisine with a modern touch, also taking some inspiration from abroad. The meat and meat products made domestically contribute to the exquisite quality of the meals, as do the homemade organic vegetables. Pleasant, stable staff also add the finishing touches to the atmosphere, cuisine and overall impression of the restaurant. There is a capacity of 130 spaces, making the restaurant suitable for almost all types of social events. Themed degustation events called ‘PRESTIGE Wine Club’ are intended for all lovers of exquisite wine and unique food. Each month (after having made reservations) guests and company partners meet here at degustation evenings.
