Hi folks!

we would like to take the opportunity to thank you all for the support you've showered upon us since our launch.

as we take some time out to sort out a couple of personalizables, we would like to inform everyone that a minimum of 2 weeks from date of delivery is required for item customization.

this is so as we would need time to source for materials and also some man-hours for our genies to work on the handmade items.

more time will be needed for complex requests and timeline will negotiated individually.

your kind understanding is greatly appreciated!
