VESPETTA ITALIAN RESTAURANT IN BOAT QUAY LOOKING FOR KITCHEN HAND/ SOUS CHEF.

In Italy the people add work and life on the Food and Wine, and with Vespetta our purpose its transporting here the same mentality of love for a good dining experience.

Vespetta is an Italian ristorante, our gastronomy focus on the respect for high quality ingredients, genuineness of the recipes and with passion we try to bring Italy to you with our food. Ensuing the roots of South Italy, but with specialties of various regions.

We are seeking dynamic personnel for our kitchen team in line with our company's growth and expansion plans. If you are one, weโ€™d like to hear from you.

Job Description :

๏ƒ˜ Familiarize and get to know all the functions and operations of the kitchen.
๏ƒ˜ Oversee an efficient and effective day to day operation of the branch / outlet
๏ƒ˜ Assist the Chef to do daily prep.
๏ƒ˜ Have a good maintenance of the cleaness of the kitchen.
๏ƒ˜ Being in charge of starters and pizza section.
๏ƒ˜ Able to work under pressure.
๏ƒ˜ Ensure food standards are being maintained

Requirements :
๏ƒ˜ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, Diploma.
๏ƒ˜ Fresh graduates, without experience or entry level are welcome to apply
๏ƒ˜ Knowledge or experience in the kitchen, italian food or a relevant / similar field is a plus
๏ƒ˜ passionate about cooking and work with team of different nationality.
๏ƒ˜ Confident and possess leadership.
๏ƒ˜ Responsabile, and hard working.

-6 days work per week
-7 days annual Leave (+1 every year)
-11 days PH
-Meal provided
-Medical leave

Salary $2000-$2500 basic

Singaporean, LTVP, Dependent Pass, PR, WP are welcome.
