Recipe:
30ml - Rum (house rum will do for sure!)
30ml - Campari
30ml - Banana Infused Vermouth
Prep: Take an almost over ripe banana and slice it into small pieces.
Place sliced banana in a sealable container jar and add in the
sweet vermouth of your choice. (Ratio of banana and vermouth will
one is to one).
Example: 150grams of banana is to 150ml of vermouth.
Give it 24 hours (more flavorful) or over night to infuse in a cool
place. Then, Strain using a fine strainer covered with coffee filter or
tissue paper for substitute. Let it sit while it drops and clears out.
Transfer it in a bottle seal and label. Then its ready!!!
Mix all Ingredients into a mixing glass add ice! Stir! and serve in a
Rocks glass or in a Sexy Coupe glass!
Garnish with Orange peel! its up to you!
