A new season approaches — and with it, one of the most treasured ingredients of winter. ❄️🦀
This December, we present our Winter Tsuki and Winter Hana dinner omakase menus — crafted with warmth, elegance, and the rare flavours of the season.

For the first time, there will be a one-month price adjustment, as we bring in a delicacy we have never showcased before:
Kobako — female snow crab with roe, cherished in Japan for its rich sweetness and unmistakable winter depth.
Available only in December.

❄️ Winter Tsuki 月 | $129++

Our 13-course Tsuki takes on a heartier winter soul — anchored by a deeply comforting A5 Wagyu Beef Stew, slow-cooked until melt-in-mouth tender, wrapped in layers of umami warmth.
Paired with our signature Chilean seabass with nori butter and the season’s star, kobako snow crab, this menu balances indulgence with quiet refinement.
And opening the journey is a guest favourite making its winter return — monkfish liver with ebi senbei, rich, silky, and unmistakably luxurious.

❄️ Winter Hana 花 | $169++

Our 15-course Hana is a celebration of luxury in motion.
Alongside the prized kobako snow crab, this winter edition features the unforgettable lobster tempura, light yet decadent, served with a housemade tomato compote that brings a bright, elegant sweetness.
Elevated further with smoked hamachi, tai sashimi with truffle foam, and our signature Negitoro Uni Monaka, it’s a menu designed for lasting impressions — from first bite to final sorbet.
And yes — the beloved monkfish liver with ebi senbei begins this journey too, as rich and velvety as winter calls for.

Soft and graceful, Yuki offers a serene progression of delicate flavours — from hay-smoked sashimi to a comforting choice of hot pot, accompanied by our signature Sakura Ebi Donabe. A menu that speaks in quiet elegance, crafted for those who appreciate subtlety and balance.

Matsu | $128++
