Dear M&P family,

This week will be our final week at 269 South Bridge, and it’s not easy to write these words.

This isn’t a goodbye because things aren’t going well, quite the opposite. We’ve been growing, creating, and building something really special together. Unfortunately, the building has been sold and will be transformed into offices, a change completely out of our hands.

What we want you to know, from the bottom of our hearts, is that Mortar & Pestle isn’t going anywhere. The memories, the community, the energy we’ve built together, that doesn’t disappear with a space. We’re already working on exciting new projects, collaborations, and big plans for 2026, and as always, you’ll be the first to know.

✨ And before we turn the page, we want to celebrate together.
We’ll be hosting a very special New Year’s Eve party nearby, with an amazing fireworks view, to welcome the new year surrounded by the people who made this place what it was.

Thank you for every rooftop night, every DJ set, every event, every long conversation, every laugh. This space was never just a rooftop, it was a feeling, and that feeling exists because of you.
