!!How does it work?

The ROTABLE is a table which enables a customer to place an order. It operates with the aid of an integrated touch display, which is located in the centre of the table top. We have installed four sensors to ensure that orders can be placed from every side of the table. These sensors are triggered by approaching objects (e.g. hands) and are responsible for the virtual rotation of the display.

!!What does a ROTABLE look like in practice?

It is assumed that two customers come into a bar and sit down at a ROTABLE. These customers will be registered by the side sensors. Now the display wakes up from its passive state and a welcome message will appear. One of the customers begins to place an order. When the other customer stretches out a hand towards the display, it will rotate virtually and this second customer can continue with the order placement.
