BRIFT Cocktail Festival & Bar Convention
30 Sep.-01 Oct. 2025 BARTENDER ROMANIA este un nou concept de eveniment/concurs dedicat barmanilor profesionisti.

Trei specialisti din industria bartending-ului, pleaca in cautarea celor mai buni barmani din Romania, pentru a-i invita sa participe intr-o competitie unica.

Expert Bartending/ Trainer, este fondatorul si managerul agentiei de bartending Exquisite -bar solutions-, cea mai titrata si activa agentie de profil din tara, recunoscuta pe plan international. Marius are o experienta foart

e vasta, a fost pregatit in UK, Germania, Italia, Suedia sau Olanda. Este proprietarul barului Flair Angel -spirit*sugar*water*biter*, un bar etalon pentru industria ospitalitatii.

Campion European Flair Bartending, este trainer pentru barmanii profesionisti specializati in flair. Ionut a participat in multe finale internationale de bartending si a castigat calificarile celui mai prestigios concurs de flair bartending din lume- Roadhouse World Flair. Mai mult, Ionut este specializat in probele de speed bartending si mixology.
*Luca Valentin
Campion Mondial in Flair Bartending, este cel mai cunoscut barman din Romania pe plan international. A castigat finale mondiale de flair bartending in Londra, Las Vegas, Tokio sau Milano; este flairbartending trainer in echipa Exquisite -bar solutions-. Vali este prezent constant in Showbizz; este finalist Romanii au Talent si invitat sa sustina demonstratii in diverse evenimente organizate in tara sau in afara ei. Alaturi de ei, in aceste calatorii, se afla frumoasa *Alexandra Popescu; actrita, model international, a sustinut prezentari in Monte Carlo pentru Nichole de Carle sau in Saint Tropez pentru Rossi Babarossa; Alexandra este fascinata de cocktail-uri, de lumea cosmopolita a barurilor/cluburilor si a fost incantata de provocarea -Bartender Romania-. In Boot Camp este invitat un alt specialist din industrie *Adrian Caradeanu -specialist/trainer barista; este vicecampion European BaristaMixology si finalist mondial/top 3 MixologyBartender. Adrian ii va testa pe barmani intr-o proba dificila -Perfect Espresso-
Calatoriile celor 4 personaje, experientele traite in barurile barmanilor selectati, Boot Camp-ul cu probe eliminatorii cat si finala -GalaEvent Bartender Romania- sunt filmate si prezentate in mai multe episoade sub forma unui RealityShow incendiar, care arata lucruri necunoscute inca din lumea fascinanta si cosmopolita a Bartending-ului.

Pe scena BRIFT, Dragos Mateescu si Virgil Iantu ne-au purtat in culisele JAAR, single malt-ul romanesc din portofoliul Alexandrion Group, de la ideea de a face whisky in Romania pana la alegerile care ii definesc gustul.

Un seminar despre inovatie, rabdare si despre ce inseamna ca un single malt romanesc sa-si gaseasca identitatea.
