🔥🔥 NEW PROJECT ALERT 🔥🔥
Hey everyone, it’s David here, Co-founder of Dahlia! I’m excited to share something I’ve been working on.

A while ago, I launched an organic wine label with two friends. After a lot of passion and hard work, it’s grown into something bigger. We’ve recently opened VIBEYARD, our first bar and bottle shop. It’s a cozy space inspired by the wine culture of Portugal, where you can relax, enjoy great company, and experience fantastic music and art. We’re all about the love of vinyl, creative events, supporting local talent, and, of course, serving amazing wine.

We’re currently open three nights a week, offering wines from our label, as well as limited small-batch selections, paired with tasty snacks and, of course, the best vibes.

You have probably all met general manager and head chef in the restaurant or at their pop ups over the past years. Today their Karaage Fried chicken project goes live. Currently a series of pop up events, they will soon have a permanent home in lisbon with the backing of old friends and
They will continue to have the same commitment to the highest quality local ingredients, service, wine and music, bringing the best fried (and vegan) chicken you have ever tasted, but in a more casual and cost friendly concept. To anyone who has attended one of the recent pop ups they thank you greatly for your support.

We know it’s unfair to keep you waiting while we work on the new project, so in the meantime we are back with a pop up at one of the most beautiful spaces in the city.
Thursday 29th August from 19:00 we will serve our Japanese Karaage chicken (and vegan) sandwiches that you know and love by exec chef We will also have delicious side dishes and some of your your favourite natural wines at
In addition we will have beautiful music by DJs all provided by local DJ agency .agency
As with our pop ups no reservations are necessary so get down early and see you there next Thursday ❤️

Big announcement!

On July 27th Dahlia will close it’s doors for the final time, to make way for an exciting new project at a band new location.

Over the last 3 years we have been lucky enough to become a part of Lisbon’s incredible gastronomy scene. It has been such a pleasure to take part in and witness the truly impressive evolution of our cities food scene.

We are so grateful for all the people our project touched and everyone who helped make our success possible. We want to give a heartfelt thank you to all of our staff, producers, suppliers, and of course…the amazing guests.

While Dahlia in its current form will be no more, fret not, our team is cooking something amazing up. Our next endeavor will be the culmination of years of learnings and we are very excited to share it with you.

In the immediate future please stay tuned for a series of pops up and fun experiences leading up to the opening of our next concept.

And be sure to come have one last meal (or many) at Dahlia. It’s just as good, if not better than it ever has been.

The Karaage fried chicken pop up is back. This Sunday from 16:00 we will serve our Karaage fried chicken and vegan sandwiches at the amazing .pt
No reservations necessary. Come down early as first come first served.
The superb Mexican food of chef will also be available upstairs.
Plus we will have DJs and playing music on the incredible hi-fi sound system inside and outside.
Come for a Sunday sunshine party.
