Portugal 🇵🇹 yay! I know it’s been way too long since I was there because most good craft breweries in the country have finally switched to cans. Wooooo. 😻

We went back to one of our favorite spots in Lagos for some delicious pies from and I was ready to tackle some brews after having been gone for so long.

is top tier here in this land, and I immediately settled on their DIPA collab with 📖 I’m sick and tired of hazies, but options were slim and the craze is definitely still a thing.

This one is a nice 8.5% combo of El Dorado and Dulcita, and once again reaffirmed my belief that I belong in the Algarve way more often than I am.

Big shouts to Dois Corvos, PIE, and Kingpin Books. A lovely collab that gets my mind right while my stomach gets hella too damn full. Also, shoutout to Poly. 🫶🫶🫶

😱😱😱😱😱 I did a beer review! Because why not, even though I’m burnt out af. And why not have it be the first in 20th anniversary collab series. 20 collabs for this, completely unhinged and I love it. This double banger hits a pretty good spot between clearsie and hazy, with 8% of ABV fury perfect for glazing ourselves in the Sevilla spring sunshine. Even though BierKraft is gone, the folks at have made good with the space and are still serving up craft bangers. Happy anniversary to Dougall’s, and a shout to for teaming up for this 01/20 of 20/20 for a massive celebration of many inebriated days and nights. - Ryan
