Abdullah Majeed is unlike any other JTMUN President. Ismail’s younger cousin always looks like something has always agitated him. However, he is the complete opposite and possesses no emotion whatsoever (straight face while cutting his birthday cake btw). Such cold behaviour has led us to infer that he lacks something very important in his life - best not revealed. His driving skills are also a heated topic of conversation, claiming to beat me or saad in a race, while never even showing us how he drives.

Majeed’s ability to get ragebaited - kela khaa jata hai - has caused many physical confrontations with our event host (sorry for all the wrestling matches saad). The kela that Abdullah has with Saad is the same type that Majeed’s dog (Oscar) has with him - we have no idea what kind of torture a Labrador has to go through to bite his owner. This man’s “traumas” deserves a very important Honourable Mention: LUMUN SC. Apart from this, ever since the 4th of September he likes to constantly mention “kya huwa boys SAT ki baat horahi hai?” and “tu kon hai bhai”.

Regardless, he is a man of many traits: whether it be a GA or a Crisis, he easily swerves through them all. This is clearly evident by him having the most BD’s in our school. There is absolutely no doubt that he is the reason this event is happening; hence…

Jabran is the epitome of self confidence, from his famous middle part to the era of non prescription glasses at every MUN last year. He has recently been found filming videos for the official JT page, failed attempt to try and have the admin fix his transcript.

Talking about failed attempts, we didn’t understand when we found Jabean outside the principals office the day before council ceremony, looking very concerned indeed. A very (in) active member of the Sociology and Literature class, he has been regretting his A-Level subjects (no headboy interview).

After thorough preparation for LUMUN, JB (and for many others baby), didn’t expect his award would be put in risk due to an equity on his dual. We have to thank our DG for making JTMUN a success with all his very close contacts in various institutions. He likes to think of himself as the best driver in the friend group, then destroys his own case by wrecking his car in our President’s driveway. JT’s finest swimmer demonstrated his mantle in Karachi, stories which echo throughout the admin block.

Reading this write up Jabran has told us that there is less pizzazz so here we go: a LUMUN BEST DELEGATE, KGSMUN BEST DELEGATE, TWICE JTMUN CHAIR and one of the finest munners the institution has to offer, he has no doubt took the society to new heights through his unmods inside and outside committee.

Meet Muhammad Shozab Hassan, who is chairing JTMUN after a year break, we wonder where he was during that time. Do not go for this cute, Harry Potter persona of a man, JT’s headboy is a two time LUMUN winner. Those wins were in O2 and A1; in between those he decided to step back from the team due to disagreements with people (GSL).

These days, however, Shozab can be found: giving interviews, feeding “aloo walay naan + parathay” to friends who drop by his house without notice, engaging in FM Shenanigans (god knows what that means), sending urdu poetry to heartbroken friends, and winning bets from our principal on inno’s delegate count.

At the end of the day, he is definitely one of the nicest, most thoughtful, and principled individuals you’ll have the pleasure of meeting at this conference (reflected in him setting the topic of his own committee to be the same as a committee that traumatized him 5 years ago; how brave). Speaking of trauma and a note for the delegates, please do not hack his whatsapp and try to find the scoring sheets, will not end well. Regardless, DISEC is in safe hands.

Syed Seed Qutab is JT’s resident PB (self proclaimed, we still don’t know what that means). Sad Qutab (his contacts at NADRA failed him) is the only person who doesn’t know the process of getting a Learners license.

A person who works behind the scenes, yet certain screenshots still manage to become public. Going a solid 0/30 in his endeavours, Saad decides to then spend more time at a certain coffee shop than his own home (no wonder he isn’t the favourite child). A blue blooded Grammarian, Saad has wasted several weeks waiting outside the principals office, however the visits have reduced after council (we wonder why).

“As a person with a 770 English” is something we have heard way too many times, I think Saad forgot the test is two sections (all those doing his committee please ask his score this Friday 4PM). Zazu is currently going through drafts for his personal statement, let’s see what Pumba lands on.

Qutab possesses a natural affinity for creating fake scenarios in his mind, which explains why he is so proficient in writing crisis directives. No doubt he is one of the best in any crisis committee (as long as it’s dual delegate). We forgot to mention this in Sheraz’s write up, but he is one of Gods strongest soldiers for dealing with Saad as a roommate in Karachi.

Standing at a towering 5”4, Sheraz Omer is chairing JTMUN for the first ever time, since his priorities before lied elsewhere. This specimen was the Senior Prefect in O Levels and decided to showcase (read: abandon) this longevity in A-Levels. After this, he underwent a structural reawakening and decided to become the most active participant of socio class.

Also, the infamous “fanboy” (of a very important position holder last year) was so incredible at his job that he proceeded to secure an Anti recc (1/4 lucky people). He’s been heavily involved in the debating circuit as well, with a stunning 5 years of experience he was still not selected for nationals because of some questionable decisions. However, debates have also caused our Napoleon to become fruity (“are you okay? If you ever need something just let me know”).

On the occasional hangout Sheraz decides to show up to, don’t expect a wallet to accompany him. He’s also one of the worst wingmen JT has to offer, often inducing remarks such as (dm to find out).

No one walks quite like Affan Ghani. Popularised throughout JT is his peculiar and “lanky” style of engaging in activities. Affan is one of the smartest and (over) confident math minds out there; with a B in Add maths, he still opted for FM (let’s see how that works out in a few weeks). His voice echoes all the way from Pak Turk, where he took us by surprise this year with 2 back to back BDs. He also loves to make stickers about Aayan Kamran and others with there being “no limit to the…”. Recently, however, he experienced the trauma of being called [redacted] after sending a request out of the blue. Nonetheless, Affan is one of JTMUN’s most competent and well adjusted MUNners who will ensure an amazing conference for all in his committee.

Faisal Nawaz is similar to his elder brother in many aspect (hairline, height) yet his council position isn’t one of them. Our Senior Urdu Debates Representative recently made us proud with a decision he took, we hope to see him continue on this path. Wattoo is no doubt brilliant for his age and one of the most competent in his batch, yet still has to learn the art of how to give an interview (“first of all I think I deserve it”). Faisal has a very distinct accent and style of speaking which alot of people try (and fail) to immitate. Whenever something isn’t going his way, the infamous “yar dekhlo marzi hai”, is always a sight to see.
