Ang “Mother Knows Rest” ay isang proyektong hango sa kagustuhan ng mga taong bumubuo nito na magbigay-pugay sa mga tumatayong nanay sa kanilang mga buhay at magbigay-daan upang unti-unting mawakasan ang mga nakasanayang ideya at konsepto ng pagiging ina.
