We proudly work with Ilocano winemaking communities that produce artisanal spirits. Why Proudly Promdi? The Philippines is an amazing place.

Promdi comes from the phrase "from the province" which was shortened to "promdi", a shortened and slang version of "from the". It originally has a negative connotation, referring to someone who grew up or came from the province

But it's time to change that

. Its provinces are home to diverse cultures and peoples, not to mention an untapped source of world-class products. Our goal in Proudly Promdi is to change the way people think about products that are promdi through accessibility. We want to remove the stigma in Filipino consumers—and manufacturers—that promdi products aren’t good enough. We help locals with packaging and distribution and create a venue for consumers to take notice of these products. We also encourage locals to continue making their products and, maybe, help preserve a part of their culture and tradition. Regardless of which province you’re from, we all have our very own promdi products. I urge everyone to keep an eye out for local products you can be proud of. Let's all be proudly PROMDI!

We love creating and experimenting with locally made spirits and flavors. If you are curious or love a good drink, tara, hohol (“hang out hang out lang”) tayo!

HOHOL with Proudly Promdi is a casual private tasting session to experience Filipino spirits and cocktails. You will get to sample a wide variety of heritage spirits complemented with 5 crafted cocktails that highlight indigenous ingredients like bignay berries, sugarcane, green mango, and rice.

Hohol will happen Saturdays starting September. Accepting reservations soon!
