Their story begins in the historic French port city of La Rochelle, where the family's two greatest passions converge: the vast Atlantic Ocean and the masterful art of cognac. 🌊🪵

Adding "de Notte"—Italian for "of the night"—transforms this rich maritime history into an intimate, darker experience. To capture this mood, we take a generous pour of the Godet Cognac and seamlessly blend it with a custom Mancino Vermouth Rosso that we've carefully infused with coffee and dark chocolate.
