Creamy Buldak Carbonara

Good for 2 servings

🧂 Ingredients

* 1 pack Samyang Buldak Carbonara Ramen
* 1 cup rice cakes (tteok) (optional)
* 2 slices Spam or luncheon meat, pan-fried
* 1 tbsp butter
* ¼ cup all-purpose cream
* ½ cup mozzarella cheese
* 1 egg
* 1 tsp dried parsley or crushed nori (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Cook the ramen and rice cakes according to the package directions. Drain, reserving about ¼ cup of the cooking water.
2. In a pan, melt the butter. Add the cooked noodles and rice cakes.
3. Stir in the Buldak sauce, cream, and reserved cooking water until well combined.
4. Add the mozzarella cheese and mix until melted and creamy.
5. Push the noodles to one side and scramble the egg, then mix it into the noodles.
6. Top with the pan-fried Spam and sprinkle with dried parsley or crushed nori.
7. Serve immediately while hot and extra creamy. 🍜🧀
