NOW OPEN FOR TRAINEE AUDITIONS!
Inspired by global training standards of HYBE Labels, BigHit Music, BE:LIFT Lab, KOZ, PLEDIS, and HYBE Japan, Philippine Artist Center (PAC) Entertainment Productions is searching for exceptional young men ready to train, grow, and debut as the next powerhouse P-Pop Boy Group from Mindanao.
🌟 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
✔ Male, ages 15–23
✔ From Davao City or nearby areas (Panabo, Tagum, Digos, Toril, Mintal, etc.)
✔ Willing to stay and train in Davao City
✔ Strong in dance
✔ With basic singing or rapping skills
✔ With visuals, stage presence, and charisma
✔ Positive attitude, discipline, humility, and coachability
✔ NOT currently signed to any talent agency or entertainment company
Whether you’re experienced or undiscovered—if you have the fire, PAC will refine you.
🎬 AUDITION REQUIREMENTS
1️⃣ Online Application
Fill out the official Google Form (incomplete forms will not be reviewed).
2️⃣ Self-Introduction Video (1–2 mins)
State your name, age, height, city, school/work info, hobbies, and why you want to be an idol.
3️⃣ Dance Performance Video (1–2 mins)
Full-body, well-lit, no filters
Raw video preferred
Any dance cover allowed
HYBE male group covers preferred (not required)
4️⃣ Vocal or Rap Video (min. 1 min)
Clear voice, minimal effects
Background music allowed
5️⃣ VISUAL SUBMISSION
📸 A. Raw Photos (no filters, minimal makeup)
📸 B. P-Pop Inspired Photos (styled, stage-ready)
Close-up, half-body, and full-body shots required.
📅 SUBMISSION PERIOD

Shortlisted applicants will receive instructions for live callbacks and in-person evaluations.
