📍 Location: Location: Bang-Bang road, Brgy. Bangbang, Cordova, Cebu. 6000 Cordova, Philippines (Right beside gaisano cordova)
How to Participate:
Register on the day on August 9!
Prizes:
🏆 1st Place: 5000

Mechanics:
Hamugaway Battle of the Bands Competition Mechanics
Registration and Auditions
- Registration Period:
- Open on August 9
- Bands must register through the Hamugaway Food Park and Bazaar.
- Registration is on the day of the competition
- Call time is 4:00 pm
-Minimum of 4 band members
- Eligibility:
- Open to all bands in Cordova.
Day 1 (Aug 9) Elimination Night
- Bands will perform 2 song of their choice.
- Judges will evaluate based on musical ability, stage presence, and overall performance.
- Top 5 bands will be selected to proceed to the next day.
Day 2 (Aug 10) Best of Five
- Bands will perform in front of a live audience and judges.
- Each band will perform 2 songs of their choice.
- Judges will score based on musical ability, song choice, stage presence, and audience impact.
- Top 3 bands will advance to the final day.
Day 3 (Aug 11) Championship Night
- Top 3 finalists will perform three songs
- Judges will score based on musical performance, versatility, and overall showmanship.
- Winners will be decided based on points.
Judging Criteria
- Musical Ability: Instrumental and vocal skills, tightness, and cohesiveness of the band.
- Stage Presence: Confidence, interaction with the audience, and overall charisma.
- Song Choice: Appropriateness of the songs for the band’s style and skills.
- Overall Performance: Entertainment value and impact on the audience.

General Rules
- Bands must adhere to the scheduled times for auditions and performances.
- Professional behavior is expected at all times.
- Decisions by the judges are final and binding.
