Hello, I'm a new business owner who's 74 and retired - don't even think about asking why I'm starting a business at 74! I initially helped out a buddy with Empire Resto Bar to save Empire but that didn't quite work out, so now I'm brewing my own coffee with Tipsy T Cafe. The T stands for Toto, my husband's name, who sympathized with me after I lost all my savings with EMPIRE RESTO BAR and helped me build this new venture. You can find us on the 2nd level of the MGH building on GM Cordova / Buri Road Mandalagan Eroreco Bacolod City Philippines, the former spot of UP2U RESTO BAR. Our motto? Caffeinated mornings and Tipsy nights - that's coffee and pandesal in the morning, and live music at night that's tipsy good fun, not tipsy drunk, for seniors and youngsters alike.
