💘Valentine’s Day Treats! 💘
Frozen Berry Whips

Ingredients:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 Tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup mixed berry puree

Instructions:
1. In a food processor puree 1/2 cup of berries. If you are using frozen berries let them thaw before you puree them. Set aside.

2. In mixing bowl, with the whisk attachment, whip the whipping cream on high. Gradually add in sugar and vanilla. Mix until stiff peaks form.

3. Fold the berry puree into the whipped cream. Fold until combined.

4. Spoon mixture into molds (if using) or onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Place in the freezer until frozen, about 1-2 hours. Once frozen eat them up or place in an air tight container and keep in the freezer.

👻Halloween frozen berry sangria👻

This frozen berry sangria recipe is perfect for Halloween, blending dark, robust flavors with spooky decorative flair. The slushy, deep red mixture can be made ahead of time and served with ghoulish garnishes like gummy worms or "eyeballs" made from lychees and berries.

Ingredients:
* 1 (750 ml) bottle of fruity red wine (like Zinfandel or Tempranillo)
* 1 cup brandy, orange liqueur, or blackberry brandy
* 4 cups frozen mixed dark berries (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
* 1 cup cranberry juice or pomegranate juice for color
* 1/2 cup orange juice
* Garnishes

Instructions:
1. Add the frozen mixed berries, red wine, brandy, cranberry juice, and orange juice to a blender.
2. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and has a slushy consistency. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more red wine or juice.
3. Pour the sangria mixture into a large, freezer-safe dish and freeze for 2 to 3 hours, or until it reaches a thick slushy texture. For a crowd, this can be done in a large, food-safe punch bowl.
4. Just before serving, use an ice cream scoop to fill glasses with the frozen sangria.
5. Add your spooky garnishes, such as gummy worms, and serve immediately.
Spooky garnish ideas
* Gummy worms and spiders: Hang them over the rim or let them crawl out of the glass.
* Frozen "eyeballs": Insert a blueberry or cherry into a drained lychee and place it on a cocktail pick.
* "Bloody" rim: Thicken grenadine over low heat until syrupy. Dip the rim of the glass in the grenadine to create a bloody drip effect.
* "Blood clots": Toss a few extra frozen raspberries into the punch bowl for a truly unsettling effect.
* Smoky cauldron: Place a small amount of dry ice in the punch bowl to create an eerie, bubbling fog. Note: Do not consume the dry ice.
