It’s been a hot minute since I’ve last made this slice.
I caramelised the macadamias this time and added choc chips to the base. The more the better 😁

A quick intro to the Kindness Cookie: The proceeds of the Kindness Cookie go to charity to support women facing homelessness here in Wellington.
For me it’s about giving back and looking after your community.

Running a business is quite similar to raising kids - you need a support crew!
