Executive Chef Rajesh Barwal dreamt up this one-of-a-kind burger as an homage to Indo-Kiwi flavors, blending New Zealand's native plant Horopito with a South Indian magic spice known as Podi. The Podi burger comes with shoestring "shake it up fries" in a paper bag, so you can control your Podi spice levels too 👌👌
