Kia ora koutou.............its...............koha time!! 🤑

Every year we make a little donation to a local organisation who do good in the community. Why? Because we know there are a ton of businesses doing great mahi which supports our guests having a mean time with us!

So when our extended whanau from Kapiti Island Nature Tours invited my team & I out for a day on the island, we asked how we can return that aroha. They nominated the Kapiti branch of Coastguard New Zealand as a worthy recipient of a koha, so we hit it!

Shout out to our the team for having us, as expected, it was magical!!

Well here's another one for ya......

A bespoke itinerary this time, blending the best sights of with a vino or 3, on a perfect day & the most spectacular view of our city!! 😎

These cruise ship guests never quite had the time to head over to the beautiful Wairarapa so we teamed up with our friends from Estate for some late afternoon sampling.🍷

Maybe we're biased, but it doesn't get much better than this!

Shout out to expert in all things wine 😘

Morena koutou!

Well.........fair to say that the 25/26 season has been an absolute ripper! In fact its been so busy that I never found time to post my social media 🤪😂

We're busy beavering away working towards the 26/27 season already, preparing to bigger & better than before 😤

Shout out to the 15 crew that hosted our manuhiri this year. Outstanding!

Awesome that my guests from the USA got to check out a little bit of maori culture.

They were somewhat mesmerised watching our local tamariki smashing out some waiata & haka!

Delighted that we got lucky with our timing & our visitors got to experience this.

Well the term Ka Rawe (which means that's awesome) seems particularly apt this morning after receiving this email from some weekend guests.

Layers upon layer of goodness in such a simple email......

* Firstly, they were hanging out in our cool city! 😎
* They've taken the time to send a personal email
* Super gracious winners of the weekends test match 🍻
* Calling me bro! 🤜🤛🏽
* Describing the tour with Ka Rawe as an "experience"
* Recognizing how proud we are to show off our city, our country & our culture
* South African friends hitting us with a maori blessing 😝

Super grateful to receive this one this morning which I thought was too good not to share.

Loved seeing the city so alive on the weekend & delighted to play some part in delivering such a pumping weekend.

Well we are growing😎..........

Apparently our manuhiri love what we do & how we do it. Bookings are coming in thick & fast for summer so we are looking for guides/hosts to help out during our busy season!

Here's what we're after:

* People with great interpersonal skills
* Love showing off WellingtonNZ
* Flexibility around working days & hours (we are seasonal)
* Interest in Lord of the Rings would be handy
* Speaking some Te Reo would be good too 😝

Well I reckon I'm accurate saying that this bunch of delights had the time of their lives today in the beautiful Wairarapa!

A spot of shopping, coffee, wine, delish food, gin tasting & a bevvy at Martinborough Square made for a tremendous celebratory day.

Loved hosting you ladies & thanks for the incredible singing on the trip home! 🎤🤩🤣
