ONE MORE SLEEP!!!

Let the festivities begin at Nelsons only Irish sounding pub..

With a 10am open we are up and ready nice and early.

Then Nelsons most famous walking pub bus is back, meeting at Oshedigans at 2pm we will depart abour 230pm for a 5pm return.

Then the live music kicks off with some of Nelsons best musicians gracing our venue for music right through to 12:30am.

Food specials available thanks to Anarchy Burgers and the day is complete

PRE-RACE TRAINING UPDATE 🦆⛳

With the Duck Race returning tonight, I thought it was only responsible to get some last-minute training in.

So this morning I took my duck out for a quick round of golf.

Safe to say… the duck has been absolutely driving the ball.

Great off the tee, calm under par, and showing some serious clubhouse confidence heading into tonight’s race.

We worked on a few things:
• Water hazards (obviously his specialty)
• Course management
• And keeping his head down through the swing

The form is looking good. Real good.
Honestly… if duck racing had a Masters Tournament, this one would be wearing the green jacket already.

But the real test comes tonight.

🏁 Duck Race – 6:30PM
🦆 One duck per drink purchased
💰 Winning duck takes the cash
And just when the pressure is building…
🏉 The Wahs kick off at 8PM

After a long summer break… Yes, we have again shut the street.
Bridge St lockdown is in full effect because tonight they return.

after weeks away from the spotlight…
after what can only be described as intense off-season training…
The ducks are back.

Nelson has waited patiently.
The city has whispered.
People have asked me in the street…

"when will the ducks race again?"
Well the answer is TONIGHT.

The water is ready.
The ducks are ready.
And somewhere out there… one champion duck is preparing to change someone’s night forever.

Here’s how it works:

🏁 Race launches at 6:30pm sharp
💰 Winning duck takes the cash jackpot

It’s chaotic.

OSHEDIGANS FRIDAY GOLF - WEEK 1!!!

Open to players of all abilities.

Please message or comment if you'd like to join in, we will then randomise teams and advise of tee time (This will be sometime between 330pm - 4pm Friday).

Format: Random teams of 2 will play head to head against another team in a 9 hole Ambrose.

2 Points for winning a hole, 1 each for a draw.

Each point is one duck in the virtual duck race at Oshedigans at prize giving. Winning duck wins the weeks cash prize.
(Please Note: You get 1 duck simply for entering the golf, so even if you loose every hole you may still win the big race).

- You will need to arrange your own clubs and balls, pay your own green fees at the maitai golf course, AND pay a $10 entry fee in cash before teeing off.
- Your entry Fee will be split between the duck race and the eventual season champions prize.

Any questions just sing out, otherwise book your spot!
