We’re looking for our next 2IC to assist our manager 🍷

With summer just around the corner, Aperitif is gearing up for a busy season and we’re on the hunt for a hospitality legend to join our team! ☀️🥂

You’ll be confident running the floor, leading the team, looking after our guests and stepping up in the absence of the manager.

We’re after someone who:
• Has solid hospo experience
• Leads by example
• Keeps their cool when it gets busy
• Loves people, food & good wine
• Brings great energy to the team
• Holds a Manager’s Certificate or is willing to obtain one
• Must be available to work nights & weekends
