Tonight I took a few for the team. Ayeeee. Good and wine. Standout was the Josko Gravner @2009. Incredibly complex wine. 6 months on skins in ქვევრი | Qvevri | Кувшин, then 6 years in neutral Slovenian oak. wine from Coonawarra Wine Region and .halletts from South Australia. Pegasus Bay was represented with a superb Riesling. All wines in magnum. The interloper was the Tyrrell’s 2006 Vat 1 Semillon. Fresh as. Many others, too tired to write more on the bus home. Thanks for this wonderful life.

I had a lot of fun with my new friend ‘Gemini’ recently, designing a reverse Camino. From Western to Eastern Spain through its wine regions. We then hosted a tasting at Regional Wines, Beers and Spirits tasting through 9 white and red wines. A fun evening.
