Irish Pub Namche This is the world highest Irish Pub located at the lap of Mt. Everest. The pub is situated at Namche bazar, the main business district of Khumbu region.

The Irish pub Namche is located at Namche Bazar (the gateway to Mt. Everest) withing walking distance of the town’s business district. This pub probably is the most remotest and the highest Irish pub in the world. This is one of the most outstanding places for a pub in Namche Bazar as it is strategically located to attract the foreigners as well as the locals at their rest days and after quitting

times. The current facilities, including one large bar and fireplace and plenty of rooms for table soccer, pool table and wide screen television with both national and international channels make this an excellent attraction. Hi-fi music system is another attraction of the pub with various kind of music to mellow the atmosphere. The pub also provides free wifi facilities. The Irish Pub offers a wide variety of spirits, concentrating on imports from Ireland such as Jameson, Guiness, Erin's Rock, Murphy's Irish Stout, Baileys Irish cream, St. Brendan's and other liquors. In addition the Pub offers Scottish whiskeys as well as the domestic and other imported liquors and a full bar for mixed drinks. The Irish Pub’s philosophy was to create an old world pub style atmosphere that attracted it high-end clientele and offered excellent customer service. With its new strategy to include a brewery, The Irish Pub also plans to offer specialty in-house, local, and international brands of beers and whiskeys to attract a new type of customers where puffing Sisha is another attraction of this pub. The pub proudly serves sherpa traditional alcoholic beverages like Tongba, Chyang and Raksi in cold winter season with the warm hospitality. The newly established pub is expected to be the center of attraction for those who wants to celebrate their memorable trek around the khumbu and also is a place to share your experience with no one but the tourists all around the world.
