Fresh, soft and elegant pet nat with a subtle amount of fine bubbles tickling your tongue.
A beautiful clean take on the Loureiro grape.
No sulfites added.

Probably the smallest project we found in Portugal so far. Two friends renovated the old family winery and vineyard. Working full time in the wine industry they still managed to create some stunning wines on the side without breaking the balance of nature. Keep an eye out for their other cuvee's around the end of the year.

Beautiful textured white wine from the Vinho verde region. Light aromatic and wildly refreshing.

50% Loureiro with 36 hours of skin contact and the other 50% Trajadura with skin contact from harvest till next spring.

After maceration, some of the wine aged in chestnut barrels, some in stainless steel and a small part in tinajas and demijhons. Not filtered nor fined. Small dose of sulfites added before bottling.

Saravá is a small project by Miguel (head winemaker for Aphros) and his wife Leli, founded in 2018.

Saravá is an Afro-Brazilian word used as a mantra to invoke the force that moves nature, but is also remains a greeting similar to "Hail!" - Like a wish of good luck.

A field blend Palhete (mix of white and red grapes) made from Loureiro, Trajadura, Vinhao and several other native grape varieties of unknown identity.

This unfiltered, sulfite free pet nat is filled with expression. Hints of grapefruit and rhubarb compliment its firm acidity. This pink nectar is farmed in Masseira fields, an almost lost, unique form of agriculture invented in the18th century by Benedictine monks from Tibães Abbey.

This extremely fresh blend of Azal and Arinto will guide you through any hot summer day. Fresh citrus notes with a persistent minerality that reminds of wet stones. This vinho verde has a slapping high acidity though still perfectly balanced. Add some subtle fizz that adds to the refreshingness that will quench your thirst and wake you right up.

The word suba means 'climb' in Portugese. The reason why this young wine maker from the Minho region Mariana Pala chose this name is because the old vineyard constructions called 'ramadas' require climbing a ladder to access the grapes. A labor intensive job that is slowly becoming extinct.

This juicy pet nat made from the local grape Espadeiro, is citric and fruit forward. Perfect to take you from sunny afternoons all the way up to the dinner table. Pure unfiltered, juicy goodness. An accessible bubble for an even more accessible price.
