Tuesday is Bluesday!
September 5th marks the start of a new season of unforgettable Bluesnights at Het Sieraad. Dance the night away or sip from a roaring cocktail while Sam Ghezzi’s army takes you back to a vintage era with hard driving Blues and soulful jazz.
As the night rolls into a smoking jamsession, expect memorable musical moments when trumpet players, drummers, rappers and vocalists join the band, from young talents to seasoned veterans.

Join the workshop by at 19:00 or walk in at 20:00 when the DJ sets the tone. From 21:00, the heat is on until the bluesy hours.

Living and breathing the vintage genres, you wouldn’t say has been rocking dancefloors for 20+ years with a mix of R&B and House in a parallel DJ life.
His tasteful and utterly danceable Blues and Jazz blend makes the first hour of Bluesdaynight a treat by itself.

There is no Bluesdaynight without our band leader, the energetic singer/saxophonist and jazz-entrepreneur Sam Ghezzi.
The versatile Italian Amsterdammer shouts, croons, moans and jokes his way through the most infectious ‘50’s and ‘60’s while directing his band smoothly and with military precision.
Combining the joyful presence of Louis Jordan with the screams of Bobby ‘Blue’ Bland, Sam could have been a product of the deep Delta himself.

On June 6, withess Sams army and a list of featurings play Jazz as danceable as it was intended to be, and Blues so tragic it makes your blue devils disappear long before midnight.
