So I've been observing a trend I've noticed lately, and I am simply wowed.
Do you know Portharcourt husband's secretly leave their houses, sometimes wear shorts so wify will think they're not going faraway, come to our restaurant, eat our delicious meals and quietly go back home like nothing happened.

Dear wifes, we sell soup/Stew in bowls at very affordable rates, we can help stock up your freezer so you never run out of Mouth watery meals. So I sent my kitchen assistant to Rumuokoro market today to pick up the Afang I ordered from my Afang plug(Native Akwaibom Afang) . After picking up the Afang, Next thing she called to ask me if she should use an engine in the Market to grand it😳😳😳.

Abasiakan, Tufiakwa, Arueme I shouted instinctively, it is an abomination to grand afang where I come from, what happened to pounding it with our motar I retorted. If not that some medieval politics happened when Afang was named, it should have been called Ikong Obong (Vegetable meant for the king). Our afang soup still remains our best seller at , we push out hundreds of these beauties weekly.

I never miss the opportunity to carry my own spices where ever I go. What I don't understand is the idea behind food vendors cooking with sachet spices. They're not healthy ya all, they have chemical/non natural additives.
As a professional chef, you have to learn how to formulate your own spices. We have thousands of them out there, learn which goes with what.
