A perfect cake… completely ruined in transit.

Bad roads, no dowels, and a two-layer cake that slid apart right before delivery.

That single mistake cost me a customer, my profit, and even a friend who referred me.

The birthday had already started, the design wasn’t what they picked, and it was one of the most embarrassing moments of my baking journey.
But it also changed me.

Now, I dowel EVERY cake—no matter the size.

Bakers and business owners, please learn from my experience so you don’t have to learn it the hard way.
