140 Butter , softened
280 Icing suger
1-2 Tbsp milk
shortening
Procedure
Beat the butter and shortening in a large bowl until soft. add half of the icing suger and beat until smooth. Add the reman icing suger and one tbsp of milk and beat the mixture until creamy and smooth. Beat in the milk, if necessary to loosen the mixture

Recipe
Flour 500g
Butter 250g
for filling
carrot 100g
irish potato 200g
meat & corn beef
1 bulbs of onion
1 maggi
2 midium potato
baking powder
procedure
Chop the meat into pieces, peel and dice the onion, potato and irish potato into a pot and cook for 10-15 minutes to tender. Mix the baking powder and flour together. Add butter and mix very well. Add a little water and mix well. Roll out the dough and cut out with meatpie cutter, fond in 2 teaspoon in each pastry. Grease the tray before loading and bake for 20- 30 minutes.
