Many hotels in Enugu city depend on water tankers to travel 10-20 kilometers daily to get an essential item like clean water for hotel guests, with no assurance that it will arrive in time. Instant availability of clean water in every room is absolutely essential for any hotel guest.

Guests in Enugu hotels have experienced lack of water to flush smelly toilets, and may travel without taking a shower in their hotel room because the water tankers broke down somewhere or some other reason.

Our 1.5 million liter water reservoir sets us apart. We don't own or hire water tankers for clean water because we invested tens of millions of naira initially on clean water to eliminate that frustration for our quests. Water is in abundance and runs all the time. In fact, barring any broken or malfunction of appliance, if water does not run in your room within 10 minutes of reporting such, we will move you to another room or provide you with adequate compensation. Your absolute comfort at GCH is none negotiable.
