𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 | 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯

"I joined Toastmasters because I was uncomfortable talking to strangers."

For many people, walking into a room full of unfamiliar faces can feel intimidating.

That was exactly how one of our members felt when she first started her journey.

Rather than staying in her comfort zone, she enrolled in Speechcraft Workshop 2023 and took the first step.

Did confidence appear overnight?

No.

But through consistent practice, meeting participation, and speaking opportunities, she gradually became more comfortable communicating with others.

Today, she serves as President of Summit Toastmasters Club for the term 2025-2026.

Her journey reminds us that confidence is not something you are born with.

It is something you build.

The Summit TMC & Shine TMC Joint Meeting was truly a beautiful blend of laughter, learning, connection, and celebration.

From inspiring speeches to hilarious Table Topics, from nervous first-timers to confident stage warriors — the energy in the room was absolutely unforgettable. 😄🔥

Some came prepared.
Some came curious.
Some probably came for the food. 🍛😂
But all of us left with smiles, memories, and stronger connections.
