Nose : at 52% , this still has a very sharp piercing nose , raw green peat with some floral notes , zesty , malty
Palate : some similarity with for discussion 8yo, sweet entry with prickly ABV growing, some sweetness, closer to zesty
Finish : medium finish with lingering peat, a tinge of perfumy

Sample left for quite a while, initially, when I had this bottle, i felt it was quite monotonous. I think it improved with time
Nose : Peaty sweetness , some menthol , minerals , green peat herbal
Palate : sweet entry, growing prickly ABV, some oiliness, herbal, layers of sweetness
Finish : the prickly coating continues, medium finish, slight lingering ash
