Tiga Masam Duck
14-day dry-aged duck, tangy tiga masam sauce, with a pickled petai salad that brings the kick.
Beef Short Ribs
Tender ribs in rich pho jus, piled with Vietnamese herbs, crispy cheong fun and bean sprouts.
Ginger Scallion Noodles
Homemade egg noodles slicked in fragrant ginger scallion oil. Simple, but seriously addictive.
Duck Ravioli
Little parcels of duck with cauliflower purée, crispy ginger and tomato chutney.
And for dessert…
Milo Mushroom (Ma Lai Gao)
Milo mousse, raspberry sauce, ma lai koh and dehydrated shiitake. Strange? Maybe. Delicious? Definitely.
