A milestone CNY activation with .

After months of quiet in-studio preparation, handcrafting 1,400 custom frames with logos and handpicking over 21,000 decorative golden ingots (Yuan Bao), the project came to life through live calligraphy personalization across 17 stores in Malaysia and Singapore, brought together by 18 talented calligraphers over 4 weekends from Jan - Feb 2026.

A one-of-a-kind proposal in the market, made possible by our client’s trust and such positive customer feedback that additional sessions and stores were added in response to demand.

We are truly grateful to every calligrapher who shared their effort, and to Kiehl’s for the trust placed in us.

Labo Studio’s largest activation to date, and a project we are truly proud of.
