Kalistechnik Fasting Brotherhood A movement that intends to invite and unite brothers in faith & humanity through the practice of outdoor exercising & learning from each other.

We love to train while fasting. Kalistechnik is a name inspired by the word 'Calisthenics', which simply means bodyweight exercising. The park is our spot where brothers get together to get physically, mentally and spiritually fit. Our training methods are inspired by "bar culture", not bar that involves alcohol - but bodyweight exercises with the usage of bars that are provided in local playgroun

ds for individuals to fully utilise. We focus on building physical strength and character & personality simultaneously. General knowledge is commonly exchanged with one another during or after training sessions. Training sessions are held three times every week. Depending on weather conditions. Training is held at local park that is located next to "Decanter Jalan Setiabakti Bukit Damansara"

Salman al-Farisi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The person who has a ritual shower (ghusl) on Friday, purifies himself as far as possible, applies oil to his hair, applies perfume, leaves for the mosque, then when he arrives at the mosque he does not sit down by removing anyone from his place, offers as many supererogatory prayers as possible, and when the imam delivers the khutbah he remains silent - then his sins from the previous Friday until now will be forgiven." (Hadith from Bukhari) The scholars have said that this hadith refers to a person's minor sins, because major sins are not forgiven without repenting of them.

Set up 2 cones/points 10 meters apart. Each minute
complete one more trip across the cones
until you cannot continue within the
minute.

example
1st min - 10m
2nd min - 20m
3rd min - 30m
etc.

goes on until you cannot complete under 1 min. post your trips.

today's workout.. Tech Drop downs..
do dips then pullups* then pushups, thats one cycle, repeat again with a rep cut by one. alternate dips and chair dips every set.
for example set 1 - dips-pullups-pushups
set 2 - chair dips-pullups-pushups
*can change grip for pullups to chinups whenever you want..
those with (/) are sets that have breaks (aka not straight set)
rest as long as you want between sets as long form is good (first rep should be the same as last at every set)

example
Dips: 32-10/10/10-10/10/8-10/10/6
Chair dips: 31-29-27
Pullups: 20-10/9-9/9-9/8-8/8
Chinups: 7/7
Pushups: 32-31-30-29-28-27(military/shoulder width)-26

total - 116 dips, 87 chair dips, 90 pullups, 14 chinups, 203 pushups, all done around 90 mins.
. and always track your progression.
