Para todas las reservaciones en horario de cena de Jueves a Sábado y para grupos de 7 o más personas durante el resto de la semana, requerimos una tarjeta de crédito para apartar su mesa con una tolerancia de hasta 15 minutos después de la h

ora reservada. Serían 20 USD por persona si usted no se presenta o si cancela con menos de 1 hora de anticipación. También alentamos los arribos espontáneos (sin reservación) ya que tenemos bastantes lugares, todos ellos con excelente vista, y usualmente destinamos muchas de nuestras mesas para este propósito.

Es para beneficio de nuestros clientes, no por pretensión...
Hemos tenido clientes que reservan y no llegan (sin cancelar) o que llegan con 1 hora de retraso y esperan que su mesa esté lista. La estancia de algunos clientes excede las 5 horas y no están dispuestos a renunciar a su mesa aún pasado ese tiempo (lo cual apreciamos y entendemos). EN RESUMEN, NO NOS GUSTA DECEPCIONAR A NUESTROS ESTIMADOS CLIENTES CON TIEMPOS DE ESPERA EXCESIVOS E INESPERADOS ASÍ QUE REAJUSTAMOS NUESTRAS POLÍTICAS PARA AUMENTAR EL CONTROL Y MEJORAR LA EXPERIENCIA DEL CLIENTE.

For all dinner reservations on Thursday- Saturday and for parties of 7 or more during the rest of the week, we require a credit card to hold your table for up to 15 minutes past your reservation time. Card will only be charged if your delay costs Quince. It will be 20 USD per person if you don’t come or you cancel with less than 1 hour notice. We also encourage walk-ins at Quince (no reservation required) as we have lots of great seating (all seats with a view) and we commonly hold back plenty of tables for this purpose. We look forward to welcoming you either way!

For our customers' benefit, not pretentiousness…
We’ve experienced customers reserving and not showing (nor cancelling) or arriving 1 hour late and expecting their table to be ready. Some dine > 5 hours and are not willing to give up their table (which we appreciate and can relate to). IN SHORT, WE HATE TO DISAPPOINT OUR GREAT CUSTOMERS WITH UNEXPECTED WAIT TIMES SO WE CHANGED THIS POLICY TO INCREASE OUR CONTROL AND IMPROVE THE CUSTOMER’S EXPERIENCE.
