Rancho Santiago is excited about seeing you all in November 2026.
You can sit and visit with friends and family on the deck overlooking the Rio Cuale, and also on our new rooftop terrace!
Fun, sun and drinks with live music.

Just keeping you informed so you do not think we forgot about you.
As you know Rancho Santiago is closed for low season and will re-open in November 2026. Just wanted you all to know we’re are looking forward to welcoming you all back. In the meantime we have made a few changes not only at the Rancho but also to our music line-up! More to follow in the coming months….!

Today is the day Sunday May 24th, Gloria Jean Sargent Churchill turns 81. And the party is at Rancho Santiago!
Country themed so feel free to dress up in your country and western attire!
Duncan Shaddrack will be the entertainment from 4 pm - 7 pm. 🎶
Doors will open at 1 until ……. And Duncan gets the show rolling at 4.
You can also take a ride in Chocolate!!
Good food, good company, great friends, wonderful music by the river 🌊, and of course cold drinks 🍹 🍻!!!
Also, be the first to get you handmade, unique Diadema early before the rush of Dia De Los Muerto’s (day of the dead), starting at only 500 pesos!!
