HAS AN OPPORTUNITY TO INTENSIFY INTO A MAJOR HURRICANE BEFORE IT REACHES THE YUCATAN PENINSULA. IT SHOULD BE NOTED...HOWEVER...THAT
THE OCEANIC HEAT CONTENT BELOW THE CYCLONE SHOULD DIMINISH FROM THIS POINT ONWARD...WHICH COULD BE A MITIGATING FACTOR FOR STRENGTHENING.
