After 3 years of coaching independent restaurant operators, I'm making a move I never thought I'd make.

Solutions by Christin is now Columbine Hospitality.

When I started, I was one person with a framework and a belief that independent restaurants deserved better leadership support.

Then I hit a wall.

More operators needed help than I could serve alone. I was becoming the bottleneck in my own business—the exact problem I help my clients solve.

So I made the call.

I brought on Andrew Mangan as my partner and COO. 20 years of building systems that drive growth. The operational mind this company needed to scale.
